I recently picked up the TP-Link T1500-28PCT JetStream switch, and I’m really impressed! Has anyone else tried the PoE+ feature? It’s made powering our devices so easy, and the 24 ports are perfect for our growing network. Plus, the Gigabit capabilities have noticeably improved our internet speed—what a game changer! I’m curious how it stacks up against other switches in this range, though; any thoughts?

I recently picked up the TP-Link T1500-28PCT (TL-SL2428P) JetStream switch for my home office, and I have to say, I’m a bit torn. On one hand, the 24 ports plus 4 Gigabit PoE+ options are a dream for connecting all my devices without hassle. The setup was straightforward, thanks to the Omada management interface, but I did hit a few snags figuring out some of the advanced features; it could definitely be more user-friendly.
Performance-wise, it handles my network traffic quite smoothly, and I appreciate the PoE support for cameras and access points. However, I did notice a slight lag in response times when managing the settings, which can be frustrating. Overall, while TP-Link has created a solid product, I wish it had a bit more polish in terms of user experience. If you’re on a budget and need reliable performance, it’s worth considering, but it might not be the smoothest sailing for everyone.
