    The payment method(s) listed during the checkout are the ones available for use.

    If your order is placed and paid in full before 2:00pm, we will pack and dispatch your order same day and provide you tracking details.

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how long each order will take as once we handover your order to the courier, its in the care of the courier company and/or delivery service.

    If the worse case scenario happens and your item has not arrived, all we can do is obtain the tracking number of your order and call and complain to the courier company / delivery service that has been chosen by you during checkout on your behalf as the sender.

    Your data is stored on our website using SSL encryption. Payment information is not stored on our website and you will require to enter your payment information with each new order

    Your order is processed buy our website and once payment in full has been confirmed, we begin and the pick and pack process and book the delivery service you selected during checkout and book the delivery service to pickup your item from our office.

    In the event that we don’t have the item in stock, we send your order to our supplier warehouse(s) to have your order pick and packed and sent to you, and provide the tracking information that we are given.

    Of course you do. You will receive a Tax Invoice with GST inclusive. We recommend that you keep a copy.
