All I.T. Solutions (QLD) is a Jimboomba-based IT support and computer repair business helping residential customers and small to medium businesses with practical, reliable technology support. We provide computer repairs, remote support, onsite IT help, networking and tailored solutions for day-to-day business and home technology needs.

Our story began in 2007 and expanded into Queensland in 2010. Today we support customers across Jimboomba and surrounding suburbs within 40km, while also providing live remote support Australia-wide for customers with an internet connection.

2007

All I.T. Solutions (NSW) is established

Founded by Peter Senicic in Sydney, All I.T. Solutions (NSW) grew from a passion for building, repairing and tailoring quality computer systems. Backed by formal I.T. certifications and real-world helpdesk, field and software-vendor experience, Peter saw a divide in how small businesses were being supported like home users verses large business and enterprise and set out to deliver a quality service to cater for SMB. Our first office was in a single car garage with room for stock and service/repair benches.

2008

Global Financial Crisis

In business less than 1 year, we found it difficult to grow and expand during this period as a lot of companies were closing their doors, being acquired by other businesses, or simply trying to stay alive themselves. Our goal was to survive.

2009

All I.T. Solutions (NSW) kicking goals

We launched our new eCommerce website on the osCommerce platform, becoming an early adopter for selling computers and accessories online. The business kept growing, alliances were formed, and we began delivering ICT projects into the enterprise space for large named corporations during the GFC period.

NSW continues growth with our ICT partners

After surviving the global financial crisis, All I.T. Solutions (NSW) was supporting everyone from sole traders to multi-site businesses and subcontracting to larger organisations. All I.T. Solutions (NSW) received an influx of work from one of its volume partners across NSW and QLD, and regular travel to Queensland became difficult.

All I.T. Solutions (QLD) is launched

Growing demand in Queensland prompted the launch of All I.T. Solutions (QLD). Peter and Gavin knew each other through a car club, and after a successful trial of Brisbane-area jobs, Gavin was supported with All I.T. Solutions IP, branding and internal systems to service larger business and enterprise customers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

All I.T. Solutions (NSW) kept broadening from one-off repairs into wider day-to-day technology support and long-term customer relationships.

Queensland services are steady

Queensland support expanded beyond repairs into setup, troubleshooting, upgrades and practical help for businesses and residential customers.

2020

NSW navigates COVID and lockdowns

As COVID-19 and lockdowns disrupted Sydney, the business adapted to changing conditions, obtained the necessary permits, and continued supporting existing and new customers through uncertainty. Many customers were not ready for employees to work successfully from home, and we helped SMB customers stand up additional office infrastructure so staff could connect safely and securely.

QLD adapts through COVID restrictions

Queensland operations struggled through COVID-19 restrictions. Gavin began winding down and transferring customers back to All I.T. Solutions (NSW), where many could be managed remotely while operations transitioned back under one direction.

2022

Relocation from NSW, transition to one Queensland location

As restrictions eased and trade reopened, All I.T. Solutions (NSW) relocated to Queensland and amalgamated the NSW and QLD operations into one continuing Queensland business.

2023

One business, broader modern IT solutions

After the merge back into one timeline, the business continued growing across hardware, networking, communications, security and practical IT support needs.

Today, All I.T. Solutions (QLD) remains committed to its core values by delivering tailored, efficient and modern technology solutions with honest, reliable service for evolving business needs. Since February 2026, the business has also specialised in agentic AI solutions for businesses of all sizes, including OpenClaw and Hermes Agent from start through to finish.
