I recently started using the TP-Link SG3428MP switch for my home office, and I’ve got to say, I’m pretty impressed! With 24 PoE+ ports and a whopping 384W power budget, it’s been a game-changer for my setup. Before this, I was juggling power supplies for all my devices, and now it’s all neatly handled through the switch. The full Gigabit capability means I get fantastic speeds across my network, which has made a noticeable difference, especially during video calls and when streaming content.
One thing that really stands out to me is how easy it is to manage through the Omada app. Can I just say how convenient it is to see everything in one place? The cloud access feature makes it super straightforward to monitor my network status from anywhere. Plus, the Zero-Touch Provisioning is a lifesaver; I didn’t have to deal with any complicated setups to get started.
I also appreciate the static routing feature; it’s helped optimize my internal traffic in a way I didn’t think was possible. At first, I was a little unsure how much complexity I’d actually need, but this switch has struck a great balance. And those SFP slots? Such a nice touch for future scalability. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, feature-packed switch, I highly recommend giving the TP-Link SG3428MP a try—especially if you need PoE+. You won’t regret it!

I recently set up the TP-Link SG3428MP Omada switch in my office, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The 24 PoE+ ports have made powering my devices so easy, and the total 384W budget is more than sufficient for everything we need. The gigabit speeds are impressive—no more lagging when multiple devices are active. I also love the seamless integration with the Omada SDN Controller; it really simplifies network management with features like zero-touch provisioning. Plus, the cloud access through the Omada app is super convenient for monitoring everything on the go. If you’re looking for a reliable and feature-packed managed switch, I highly recommend this TP-Link model!
