Benjamin Reyes –
I recently purchased the HP EliteBook 840 G10, and I have to say, it’s been a solid experience overall. The 14” WUXGA display is sharp, offering a crisp and clear view that really enhances my productivity for both work and casual use. The Intel i7-1355U processor zips through multitasking effortlessly, which is a blessing given how many tabs I often have open! The 16GB of DDR5 RAM paired with the 256GB SSD is quite sufficient for my needs, loading applications quickly and allowing for smooth transitions.
One of the standout features has been the Thunderbolt 4 ports; they make connecting to external devices a breeze and transfer speeds are impressive. I also appreciate that it’s lightweight at just 1.36kg, making it easy to carry around. However, I did notice that the battery life could be better; while it lasts through a workday, I sometimes find myself reaching for the charger sooner than I’d like, especially when running heavier tasks.
On a positive note, the design is sleek and professional, which I think adds a nice touch for meetings or presentations. The IR camera works well for video calls, providing a reliable connection with decent quality. Windows 11 Pro runs smoothly too, integrating well with all my applications. Overall, while it has a couple of minor drawbacks, the HP EliteBook 840 G10 is a powerful and stylish laptop that meets most of my needs brilliantly.
