At All I.T. Solutions (QLD), we’ve always prided ourselves on delivering trusted, responsive, and affordable IT support to businesses across Queensland and beyond. Since 2015, our labour rates have remained unchanged—despite significant increases in the cost of running a reliable and professional IT business. For a full decade, we’ve absorbed these costs rather than passing them on to our clients.
We’ve done this because we value the long-standing relationships we’ve built. Your loyalty, referrals, and support have helped us grow, and we’ve always aimed to return that trust by keeping our services reliable and cost-effective.
However, like many small businesses, we are now facing sustained increases in the cost of doing business—from wages and compliance to tools, insurance, and fuel. In addition, many of the third-party services and subcontractors we rely on have also adjusted their rates over time.
To continue operating sustainably—and to ensure we can retain the skilled technicians and trusted systems that allow us to serve you—we’ll be adjusting our labour rates effective 1 August 2025.
These changes reflect an increase of approximately:
17% for remote and in-office labour
26% for onsite technical work
We’ve chosen to share these adjustments as percentages rather than publishing exact dollar amounts. This is because we work with a wide range of clients and subcontractors, each with different agreements, contract structures, and project scopes. Sharing the increase by percentage ensures transparency while also respecting those individual arrangements. It avoids confusion and allows us to continue honouring the commitments we’ve already made.
Honouring Prior Work
To ensure fairness, we will honour our previous labour pricing for all work quoted and/or performed prior to 1 August 2025.
